Course Details
• What is business?
• Managers, leadership and decision-making.
• Decisions to improve performance in marketing, operations, finance and human resources.
• Analysing the strategic position of a business.
A Level Revision conferences by experienced examiners are arranged each year. External trips include visits to the Jaguar Car Plant and a visit to the ASDA (George) distribution centre. Other trips in the past include visits to businesses such as Cadbury’s who have supported learning and the bringing of ‘real’ life situations to the class.
How will it be delivered and assessed?
Externally assessed examination. All exams are taken at the end of two years of study.

Entry requirements
At least 5 relavant GCSEs at minimum grade 3 including English Language and Maths at a grade 5.
