Course Summary
The focus will be on the literature of ancient Greece and Rome, looking at a range of genres including comedy, tragedy and the epics of Homer and Virgil. Students must enjoy reading and essay writing skills are also required. Interest in History/English Literature would be expected.
Entry requirements
Six grade 5s (or equivalent), including at least grade 5 in Maths and English Language or Literature.
Grade 6 in English Literature
Interest in History/English Literature would be expected.
