Course Summary

A robust legal system is the foundation of a fair society. If you feel strongly about concepts such as justice and equality then this could be very rewarding for you. The course will enable you to develop an understanding of how law is made and operates in the UK. You will take part in classroom discussions, carry out independent study, and write essays and present information to the group. The course is enhanced with trips including a visit to London to tour of the Houses of Parliament, the Old Bailey, Supreme Court and Downing Street.
