A Level Mathematics is a facilitating subject for university courses such as mathematics, statistics, science, computer science, engineering, accountancy and economics and is highly regarded by the elite, Russell Group universities. It is a useful stepping stone for other degrees, such as medicine, geography, psychology and sports science which all demand advanced mathematical skills. A Level Mathematics is very desirable for employment or training straight from school as it develops logical thinking, the ability to process information, to understand and manipulate numbers and mathematical processes. These skills are of benefit whatever occupation is chosen and it is these skills which employers look for in prospective employees.
