Applied Science Level 3 BTEC National Diploma with A Level or V Level Subject of Choice

This pathway will develop and build a broad understanding of Biology, Chemistry and Physics, through a combination of theory, practical laboratory work and scientific investigation. Combining the L3 National Diploma with an A Level or V Level subject, allows you to specialise in Science whilst also broadening your knowledge and skills in an additional academic subject.

This L3 pathway is replacing the BTEC Extended Diploma in Applied Science, as per DfE Curriculum Reform
