Module 2 - Foundations in physics – physical quantities, units, measurements and data analysis

Module 3 - Forces and motion – Force, motion, momentum, energy, power and materials

Module 4 - Electrons, waves and photons – current , charge, resistance, circuit theory, waves, quantum physics

Breadth in Physics assesses content from all AS modules (50%) - 90 minute exam

Depth in Physics assesses content from all AS modules (50%) – 90 minute exam

Practical endorsement – not examined and reported separately

Exam Board: OCR Physics A

5 Grade 4’s and above to include Grade 6 in GCSE Physics or Double Science and Grade 6 in Mathematics.
