Do you want a future career in Business but haven't quite got the GCSE requirements for the T Level? Don't worry, here at NWSLC we are here to support you, with a Level 2 qualification designed to help you progress to T Level Business, another Level 3 qualification or apprenticeship, all whilst supporting you with your GCSE English or maths resit.

Modules:

Unit 1 Introduction to Business

Unit 2 Finance for Business (Exam)

Unit 3 Enterprise in the Business World

Unit 4 Promoting a Brand

PLUS, A 'professional project'

You will undertake a number of projects designed specifically to reflect the workplace to develop your employability skills, teamwork, and ensure a successful year of study. Our courses are delivered by staff with a wealth of experience in industry, passing on their experience and ensuring you are up to date with the dynamic and ever-changing world of business.

Industry Placements are a mandatory part of T Level qualifications, designed to provide you with practical, hands-on experience in your industry of study. These placements last a minimum of 315 hours and make up 20% of your course time. The aim is to bridge the gap between classroom learning and the real-world demands of the workplace. You will have the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a practical setting, gaining valuable insights and skills that are directly relevant to your vocational area. You will have an Industry Placement Advisor who will work with you throughout the entire placement process, from preparation sessions, support to source a placement, and reviewing and monitoring your progress whilst in placement. Entry requirements are 3 GCSE at Grade D/3 and 1 GCSE at Grade C/4 in English or Maths.
