New College has been awarded Quality in Careers Standard Award Career Mark Gold in recognition of outstanding and continued commitment to careers education and guidance. We strive to give our students every opportunity in order to encompass our ongoing drive to raise young people’s aspirations and develop their employability skills by preparing them for the world of work.

We want our students to be well qualified; to be mentally and physically health literate; to be civically engaged in their local community and beyond and to eventually, follow higher qualifications, secure meaningful work so that they may enjoy the benefits and freedoms associated with economic independence.
