This starter course will help you to learn about working in the construction industry. You will have hands-on sessions learning the basic skills of lots of different construction jobs.

Principles of building construction;
Basic hand skills to produce timber joint and framework;
Basic brickwork and blockwork projects;
Basic floor and wall tiling;
Basic painting and decorating;
Entry requirements
GCSE grades of 1 or above in English and maths or equivalent.
