Do you want a future career in IT but haven’t quite got the GCSE requirements for the T Level? Don’t worry, here at NWSLC we are here to support you, with a Level 2 qualification designed to help you progress to the T Level in Digital Support Services. This course will teach you how to use IT tools and systems effectively, how to protect yourself and others online, and how to design and create digital solutions.

The course covers a range of essential topics. You will explore technology systems, including hardware, software, and networks. They delve into the online world, understanding internet services and online safety and cyber security protocols. Learners create digital portfolios, develop spreadsheet skills, and explore the business aspects of technology. You will develop and apply coding skills to create digital solutions. The course aims on developing your personable and power skills ready for employment & placement on our T level programme.
