Course Summary
This course aims to prepare students to work with children between birth and five years, with knowledge of children up to seven years. It provides you with the high standard of training you need to begin working under supervision, with young children in a variety of early years settings such as nurseries, playgroups and schools. You will learn about children’s holistic development, and many practical skills that are needed to support their care and education. Practical placements are key.
