Course Summary
This course will teach you about the latest in computer game design and development, creating games from storyboard to final product, using the latest gaming software.
New to the course this year, our students are working with ‘Into Games’, which provides a platform for students to work directly with the industry through talks, trips, and live briefs with companies such as RARE. During the course, you will learn how to develop games from simple platform games through to modern 3D titles.
You will plan games from a visual storyboard through to programming using a mixture of modules. You will use industry-standard software, including Unreal Engine 4, Unity and Maya for 3D modelling.
