This programme has a broad base, which enables learners to gain understanding, knowledge and skills across the diverse range of graphic design disciplines. The course comprises a teaching and learning partnership; study is fully supported through tutorials and tutor review to facilitate individual skill development.

Learners are equipped with professional graphic practices to develop a portfolio of work to support progression on the Extended Diploma Second Year, higher education or employment.

Entry requirements

Entry requirements are 4 GCSE at Grade C/4 or above or a relevant Level 2 qualification. 1 of the 4 GCSEs in English or Maths at Grade C/4 or above and one of the GCSEs will be Art or Graphics based

Your next steps...

You can progress on to the second year of an Extended Diploma, with the aim to then progress on to higher programmes of study both within the College or at university, or gain employment within the graphics industry.
