Level 3 Spa Therapy

This course is perfect for students looking to work in a spa setting. It is a very fast paced course designed for students who have the passion and ambition to excel within the industry. You will learn the very latest advanced treatments enabling you to work in the most exclusive areas of the Beauty and Spa Therapy industry. You will get experience by working in our College spa. You will also take part in regional and national competitions and take part in the Ragdale Hall competition to win an exclusive work experience opportunity.

There are two routes available for students wishing to study the Level 3 programme. The NVQ 3 Beauty Therapy route includes: Massage; Facial and electrical body treatments; Electro-epilation and micro-dermabrasion The VRQ route includes: Facial and body electrical Micro-dermabrasion; Aromatherapy; Swedish body massage; Indian Head massage and hot stone therapy Business related units and health and safety are studied on both options.

Entry requirements are 4 GCSE at Grade C/4 or above or a relevant Level 2 qualification.
