Level 3 Travel and Tourism

This course is designed to provide a broad education in Travel and Tourism as a basis for both training leading to employment and Higher Education. Students will develop the general skills, knowledge and understanding needed for a wide range of travel and tourism occupations or professions.

Investigating Travel and Tourism; Business of Travel and Tourism; The UK as a Destination; Customer Service; Preparing for Employment; European Destinations; Marketing; Responsible Tourism; Passenger Transport

Entry requirements are 4 GCSE at Grade C/4 or above or a relevant Level 2 qualification

After completing this course you can study the HND Travel and Tourism Management at the College, or the City and Guilds Diploma in Aviation. Career opportunities can be found at travel agencies, tour operators, tourist information centres, airports, airlines and visitor attractions.
