Level 3 Uniformed Public Services

This course is for anyone interested in pursuing a career in the uniformed services such as the Police, Fire, Ambulance, Prison/Probation Services, Army, Navy and Air Force, or wishing to progress to higher education.

Students on this course will study five units: Government, Policies and the Public Services; Leadership and Teamwork; Citizenship and Diversity; Understanding Discipline in the Public Services; Fitness Testing and Training

Entry requirements are 4 GCSE at Grade C/4 or above or a relevant Level 2 qualification.

The Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma is a nationally recognised qualification designed to give you a good understanding of the working practices of all the Public Services. You can either seek employment or progress onto a BTEC Level 3 Diploma (Subject to meeting relevant progression criteria).
