T Level Business Support, Management and Administration (Level 3)

T Levels are a brand-new qualification designed to give you a head start towards the future you want. The 2-year T Level qualification brings classroom and work placement together on a course designed with industry professionals. You will spend 80% of your time in the classroom and 20% in an industry placement to give you the skills and knowledge employers are looking for.

This 2-year programme will give you all the essential skills to develop a career in Business as well as the knowledge of how to effectively lead a team or individuals. Your course will enable you to develop employability skills through a placement in industry where you can apply your classroom knowledge to a real-world working setting. The core elements of this course include: Business context; People (Human Resources); Business Behaviours; Quality and Compliance; Finance; Policies and Procedures; Project change and Management. For this pathway you will cover occupational specialisms such as: How to lead, manage and develop teams/ individuals; How to build relationships with stakeholders; How to deliver core tasks; How to manage and implement processes including applying compliance.

The course is all externally assessed by our awarding body, and you will complete assessment activities such as exams, projects, and assignments, all of which will contribute to an overall achievement of the T-Level.

You will need to have GCSE Maths and English at grade 4, as well as 3 other GCSEs at grade 4 or above.

No specialist equipment is required

The skills and knowledge you will have gained on this course could lead you straight into a career in team leadership/ management. You could also progress on to further study at the college with our HND in Business or look at other universities as this course carries up-to 168 UCAS points. There is also the option of higher-level apprentices if you wish to study and earn.
