Learners develop core skills such as organisation, teamwork, communication, and planning through units including Being Organised, Working with Others, and Developing a Personal Progression Plan. The IT-focused units introduce key digital skills through activities such as Using Digital Communication Technologies, Creating a Spreadsheet, and Creating a website.

Creative media units, including Creating a Storyboard, Designing an Interactive Presentation, and Shooting a Short Film allow learners to explore creativity and media production.
